Penguin standard time

Hey its timles here and i would like to tell you about penguin standard time for partys and stuff.On club penguin there is a clock tower in the snow forts that tells the p.s.t(penguin standard) time.That time is three hours beforeour time if you life in my town, two hours before if you life in texas,and one hour before if you life in califorina. Example: When it is 4:00 in the real world, its 1:00 in pst time.
